Creation and implementation of a customized leadership academy for corporate development, specifically for your company.

Establishment of a high-performance team, recruited from the upper 20% of your company’s top-selling managers. A standardized application is a prerequisite for admission to the performance team. The decision to apply for and take part in the high-performance team is voluntary. Members of the team may receive a higher management compensation for their salespeople reporting to them and other special benefits and privileges in order to fuel a desire for membership (incentivization instead of pressure).

The leadership academy for corporate development consists of three building blocks, and accompanies team members on their way up the career ladder to peak performance and excellence. The modules are:

Module 1: Impulses for Excellence

3 seminars of 2 days each


Module 2: Support and Mentoring

Establishing and institutionalizing a support network for the members of the performance team, tailored to the top, middle, and lower management levels, consisting of personal one-on-one meetings and group meetings (both online and face-to-face).


Module 3: Planning and Performance Measurement

Implementation of an activity-based planning and control system specific for your company, consisting of weekly planning, organizational analysis, and corporate development planning.

Should minimum activities be defined (a useful step), a visual "traffic light system" using the colors green, yellow, and red will be implemented.
